buy and keep the .com domain for your name

Oops! back in 2002-3 I registered the domain for my name, billheaton.com, but decided at the time not to publish a personal or family site; then let the domain registration lapse. Now that I am very interested in social media and personal branding I was only able to register billheaton.info. The lesson for me is to buy and hold the domains that identify me as a person and professional. If you are involved with any online professions, then buy up the domains needed for your personal branding and hold them. They will soon become valuable online real estate as the information age continues to expand.
